These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of speedsleepmethod.com (the "Site") and your purchase of SpeedSleep® digital audio products, sold by Unleash Your Mind Products L.L.C. ("SpeedSleep," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. By purchasing a product or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Products

SpeedSleep® products are digital audio downloads (MP3 format) designed to help users fall asleep faster. Products are delivered electronically upon successful payment. No physical product is shipped.

2. License to Use

When you purchase a SpeedSleep® product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the audio file for your own personal use. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the file with others

  • Upload the file to any public website, file-sharing service, or streaming platform

  • Use the recording for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

  • Claim authorship or ownership of the content

All content, including audio recordings, artwork, and the SpeedSleep® name and logo, remains the intellectual property of Unleash Your Mind Products L.L.C.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If SpeedSleep® doesn't work for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@speedsleepmethod.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Because our refund policy has no conditions attached, we do not require a reason for your request.

5. Disclaimer

SpeedSleep® is a relaxation and sleep-onset audio product. It is not a medical device, treatment, or cure for any medical condition, including but not limited to insomnia, sleep apnea, or any diagnosed sleep disorder. If you have a diagnosed sleep condition or underlying health concern, consult a licensed physician before use. SpeedSleep® is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unleash Your Mind Products L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SpeedSleep® products or this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Site Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

8. Third-Party Payment Processors

Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe orPayPal). Your use of those services is subject to their own respective terms of service, in addition to these Terms.
